First off you have to be at least 30 days old on Clubpenguin. You have to be able to pass a quiz also. To become a secret agent follow these steps, First off click On the big golden M on the right side of the club penguin screen. If you do not see it here is a picture. 
I circled it in red so hopefully you can see it. Next off click *become a secret agent* Then here if what you should click to become a secret agent * the quiz answers*
2. Click through until you are asked questions.
3. Use these answers for the questions.
Q. Are you ready to become a secret agent?
A. Yes
Q. Pick one quality that you think a secret agent should have.
A. Honest
Q. Pick the correct reason to report a penguin to a moderator.
A. Being mean or rude
Q. What would you do if you saw a penguin breaking the rules?
A. Report them
Q. What type of personal information should be reported?
A. Saying their address
Q. Pick one reason you want to be a secret agent.
A. I want to keep Club Penguin safe
Q. Pick another reason you want to be a secret agent.
A. I want to help other penguins. After you are done you should log off and log back on. Should should have received a postcard from club penguin saying congratulations. you should also have a spy phone that looks like this 
Benefits of becoming a secret agent 1. You can go to the HQ . Steps to go to the HQ A. you can click on your spy phone and there should be two options 1. teleport and 2. go to HQ. Click go to HQ and you should arrive there. Another SECRET way is to Go to the sports shop (located in the ski village.) Go into it and then you should see red curtains which are changing rooms Here is a picture of them 
the one I circled is the one you should walk to. Suprise! your in the HQ now! Don’t tell anyone about that though because its clubpenguin secret! 
that is how you can go to the HQ. More benefits of becoming a secret agent 1. You can do secret missions located in the HQ they are in a folder so if you click on them they should appear. 2. You can teleport to places instead of using the old boring map! 3. You can buy cool stuff from the Secret agent catalog 
Now remember there are secret ”glitches” in clubpenguin and im going show you one about the HQ! If you click on the secret HQ clothing catalog (located in the F.I.S.H handbook and you see a red penguin with a secret agent outfit on click the sunglasses he has on!
